The Kremlin has moved the annual Valdai Discussion Club meeting from Sochi to the Moscow region, reportedly because of security concerns linked to Ukraine’s expanding long-range drone campaign. The move does not mean the Valdai Forum has been canceled or that Putin has stopped participating in international diplomacy.
